Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your entry into tournaments organised by TE ESPORTS (“we”, “us”, “the organisers”) and your use of this website. By registering a team or using the site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register.
1. Eligibility
- You must have a valid Free Fire India account in good standing.
- Players must be at least 13 years old. Players under 18 need a parent or guardian’s permission.
- You must be able to play on a mobile device. Emulators, PC clients and cloud gaming are not allowed.
- One player may only appear in one team per tournament. Playing for two teams leads to disqualification of both.
2. Registration and entry
- Entry is free unless the event page states otherwise.
- You must provide accurate team details, in-game names and Free Fire India UIDs. Wrong UIDs can lead to disqualification without refund or compensation.
- The IGL email address you submit is used to send the room ID and password. You are responsible for keeping it correct and monitoring it, including spam and promotions folders.
- Registrations are subject to admin approval. A submitted registration is not a confirmed slot until it is approved.
- Slots are limited and may close early once full.
3. YouTube subscription proof
- Registration requires you to subscribe to our YouTube channel, Gaming With Ss (@GamingWithSs001), and upload a screenshot showing the channel name and the red Subscribed button.
- The screenshot must be your own, unedited and taken from the account you used to subscribe.
- Borrowed, cropped, edited or AI-generated screenshots will be rejected and may result in a ban from future events.
- We store the screenshot only to verify your entry. It is visible to tournament staff and is not published.
- Unsubscribing before the tournament may result in your slot being withdrawn.
4. Rosters and substitutes
- A squad consists of four players plus up to one optional substitute.
- Roster changes are allowed until 24 hours before the match by contacting the organisers with your registration ID. After that, the roster is locked.
- Only the four players and the optional substitute listed on your registration may play. If any unregistered player joins your team in the custom room, the entire team is disqualified and forfeits any prize.
5. Match rules and fair play
- Mobile devices only. Emulators, triggers, macros, modded APKs, hacks and third-party software are banned.
- No teaming, collusion, account sharing or intentional feeding.
- Be in the custom room before check-in closes. Late teams may be replaced.
- Respect admins, opponents and viewers. Abusive behaviour in chat, voice or DMs leads to a ban.
- Admin decisions on results, penalties and disputes are final.
6. Room ID and password
- Room details are emailed only to the IGL email submitted at registration, usually about 30 minutes before the match.
- Do not share room details publicly or with teams that are not registered. Doing so can lead to disqualification.
- We are not responsible if you miss the match because of an incorrect email address, spam filtering or a full inbox.
7. Prizes
- Prize amounts are shown on the event page and may be updated before the event starts.
- Prizes are paid to the winning team’s nominated captain or IGL within 48 hours of the final match, after verification.
- Teams that are disqualified, no-show or break these Terms forfeit their prize.
- You are responsible for any taxes or charges that apply to a prize in your country.
8. Disqualification and bans
We may disqualify a team, remove a slot or issue a temporary or permanent ban if a team:
- provides false information, fake UIDs or a fake subscription screenshot;
- cheats, teams, uses banned software or exploits the game;
- fields a player who is not on the registered roster — the whole team is disqualified;
- harasses other players or staff;
- breaks these Terms or the event rules.
9. Privacy and data
- We collect the details you submit: team name and tag, player names and UIDs, IGL name and email, WhatsApp number, optional Discord handle, region and your subscription screenshot.
- We use this data only to run the tournament: verifying entries, sending room details, announcing results and contacting you about the event.
- We do not sell your data. We share it only with tournament staff and, where required, with service providers who help us run the event.
- Registration data is kept only as long as needed for the tournament and basic records. You can ask us to delete your data by emailing the address below.
- Screenshots are stored privately and deleted when the registration is deleted.
10. Intellectual property
The TE ESPORTS name, logo and site design belong to the organisers. Free Fire and related marks belong to Garena. This is a community tournament and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Garena.
11. Limitation of liability
The tournament is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for internet outages, device problems, game server downtime, lost items, account issues, or indirect losses arising from your participation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the entry fee you paid, which is normally zero.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms or the event rules at any time. The latest version will always be on this page. Significant changes will be announced on our YouTube channel or by email to registered IGLs.
